How to make an order and to use the shopping cart?
It's very easy to order at SmoothSmokes. You can explore each of the cigarette brands by clicking on the brand name at the bottom right corner. When you have made your selection simply add item(s) you have chosen to your shopping cart by clicking "Buy". On the right below you can see how many items in your shopping cart and how much.
When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, click the word "View Cart" in the Shopping Cart Area. If you wish to delete an item from your Shopping Cart, click the "Remove" link that appears to the right of any item in your Shopping Cart. You can also change the quantity of the ordered items in the "qty" column.
When you selected the items you wish to order, click the "Purchase Now" link in your shopping cart and check out through the order form. After you have placed the order you will be notified by e-mail when we approve and ship your order.
How can I pay?
You can pay by Check via internet only. We do not offer any other methods of payment.
Most of orders paid by Check are sent to the packing within 1-2 business days. Processing of other orders (it depends on the bank of checking account and order amount) takes up to 5 business days.
How to pay by check?
Payment by check is a processing service that allows customers to pay for cigarettes over the Internet
by check without the need to mail a check.
To pay by check please follow the below steps:
- Get your checkbook.
- Pull out the next valid check.
- Copy all information from that check to the last checkout form.
- Press the "Proceed with Purchase" button on the last checkout form and wait for the confirmation screen.
- Write void on your check and keep it with your printed receipt.
- Make sure to record an entry in your check register for the amount of this check and the check number. You will see this transaction in your monthly bank statement soon.

How long does it take to process an order?

How long does it take to deliver my order?
The average delivery time to United States is 2 - 3 weeks. In some rare occurrences your packages may be
delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. In the
even that you do not receive your packages within 25 days, these packages are declared lost or stolen
and we guarantee to resend you the packages or to fully refund you the money for your order.
Was my order split up to several parcels ?
There are Customs and Postal restrictions on parcel weight and cigarette quantity permitted to be sent to
one customer per day that is why we can sent no more than 6 cartons per day and per address. Hence the
executing of your order can take more than one day depending on quantity of cartons you order.
We will inform you about dispatches by an e-mail notice, which shows content and shipment date of a parcel.

Shipping cigarettes is legal in the USA, based on the Universal Postal Convention dated September
15, 1999. These provisions of international law have been ratified by 189 member countries - including
the United States, - and cigarettes are among the permitted products.
U.S. consumers who buy goods from foreign sources become the importer.
Payment terms on this site: cash before delivery. Once the goods are paid, title of the product
is transferred, and SmoothSmokes no longer owns the product, once it leaves the stock -
the buyer, which is the importer, then owns the product.
The importer is responsible for assuring that the shipments comply with a variety of both state and
federal government import regulations. To avoid misunderstandings we highly recommend you consult your
local tax office.
As for the other countries please be aware that we have no knowledge of the customs and tax regulations.
As a customer it is your responsibility to find out the laws and regulations of cigarette shipments in your country.
The quality of cigarettes purchased with us is left up to you.
We encourage all customers to check with their local authorities before placing an order.
Goods are sold subject to receipt of payment in full, and remain the property of the vendor until full payment
is received. Until such time title of the goods is reserved to the vendor. Payment terms on this site: cash before
delivery. All orders placed through this website are fulfilled at the vendor warehouse location. You may arrange to
pick up your order in person at the applicable warehouse location by contacting our customer service representatives.
Although this website arranges shipping on behalf of buyers, the sale transaction is completed and the ordered products
are deemed accepted at the warehouse location upon provision of the ordered products to the mail carrier. Accordingly,
buyers are responsible for any customs duty that may be applied during the shipment. Once the good are paid, title transfers,
and URL no longer owns the product, once it leaves the bonded warehouse - the buyer, which is the importer,
then owns the product.
Return policy: Please be aware that we will NOT reimburse you if you are charged duty or taxes or if the packages are confiscated by your local authorities.
Should you have a choice whether to pay or refuse the package you can choose to:
- pay duty tax and collect the parcel;
- reject the parcel, and ask Postal Service to put a note on the parcel saying "RETURN TO SENDER". Once all parcels of your order returned to the sender, we will provide you with a refund according to our Refund Policy. The shipment back may take 30-90 days since the packages are returned in bulk.
Should I pay the duty tax to receive the cigarettes ?
Duty taxes are not applied in the USA for cigarettes parcels and our customers from the USA
haven't had any problems with buying our products.
In general a product is duty free when it reaches the country of destination where tax may be applied
to the discretion of the local Customs Authorities. For this reason we cannot guarantee that duty tax
will not be charged.
In case of request for duty tax, you can:
- pay duty tax and collect the parcel;
- reject the parcel, and ask Postal Service to put a note on the parcel saying
"RETURN TO SENDER". Once all parcels of your order returned to the sender, we will provide you
with a refund according to our Refund & Prevention Policy.
